Gianluca Massalini is Italian, he has always been in love with Africa and he is a deep connoisseur of the continent. He travels continuously between Namibia and Italy, where he still manages his own Consultancy Studio in Business Management and Company Organization. He is a graduate in Engineering and he has more than fifteen years of experience as manager in several companies, especially in the field of services. He is convinced that in modern companies the aspects of communication and relationships between managers is most important to finalize the fast and continuos organizational changes imposed by modern reality.

Bush Culture Experience was born in 2005 as Bushcraft & Survival and Wilderness School in Namibia. Its headquarters are located in Windhoek, the capital of the country. It has specialized over time in organizing courses in bushcraft, team building, mentoring, and personalized trips working closely with the traditional Namibian communities, first of all those of the San (or Bushmen).
The beauty and magic of Namibia, together with the desire of raising awareness of its cultural wealth, has led to the creation of the current organization of BushCulture Experience, which offers to the most attentive travellers countless opportunities to experience unique, personalized and unforgettable experiences in the most evocative places of Namibia.
